At SageBay & Co, we want to make receiving your items as easy and enjoyable as buying them. Below you’ll find full details on how we deliver, what it costs, and our flexible “Reserve & Pay Later” service.

  1. Standard UK Shipping
    Standard Delivery — £3.99 Dispatched within 24 hours, usually delivered within 2–4 working days from order confirmation.

Express Delivery — £7.99 Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day, arriving typically within 1–2 working days.

  1. Fast & Free Local Delivery (Bexhill & Surrounds)
    We offer free local hand-delivery to the following qualifying postcodes:

TN39, TN40, TN38 8AD, TN38 8AP, TN38 8AG, TN38 8AH, TN38 8BH**

  1. Local Delivery Timeframes
    Next-Day Delivery: If ordered before 4pm.

Same-Day Delivery: If you order before 1pm, we’ll do our best to deliver the same day.

Note: Local deliveries are hand-delivered. We will notify you via email or SMS once your items are on their way. Service is subject to store notices, public holidays, and driver availability.

  1. Reserve & Pay Later
    Secure your favourites online without paying a penny upfront.

Reserve: Select your items online and choose “Reserve & Pay Later” at checkout.

Visit: Come and try them on at our boutique: 4 St Leonards Road, Bexhill.

Decide: Pay only if you’re happy with the fit and style.

Hold Period: Reserved items will be held for 7 days. If not collected within this time, the items will be returned to our shop floor.

  1. Receipts & Tracking
    Receipts: All orders include a receipt (digital for online, printed for in-store).

Tracking: Tracked delivery is provided with our Express Shipping option.

Local Hand-Delivery: While these aren’t “tracked” via a courier portal, you will receive a personal notification when we depart.

  1. Important Service Information
    Working Days: Deliveries are made Monday–Saturday. No deliveries are made on Sundays or Bank Holidays unless specifically stated.

Delays: We will announce any unavoidable service delays (e.g., extreme weather) on our website and social media channels.
