Legal Entity SageBay & Co is a trading name of Michelle Narinsakchai, who operates as a sole trader in the United Kingdom. All transactions (online, via Click & Collect, or in-store) are processed under this legal entity.
1. Introduction Welcome to SageBay & Co. These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of our website located at https://sagebay.co.uk and our physical boutique in Bexhill-on-Sea. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products and Availability Our website displays a wide range of products, each subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer, per order, or per household. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you promptly and either offer a suitable alternative or refund the amount paid.
4. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation
- Online Orders: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding sales contract occurs only when we dispatch the ordered products.
- Reserve & Pay in Store: Items reserved online without upfront payment are held as a courtesy. The contract of sale is formed only upon payment at our Bexhill boutique.
5. Pricing and Payment All prices are displayed in GBP (£), inclusive of VAT. Payment methods accepted include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments must be completed in full before products are dispatched or collected (unless using “Reserve & Pay in Store”).
6. Delivery and Collection
- Standard Delivery (£3.99): Estimated 2–4 working days.
- Express Delivery (£7.99): Estimated 1–2 working days.
- Click & Collect (Pre-paid): Ready within 1 hour during shop opening hours.
- Reserve & Pay in Store: Items held for collection; payment is made at the boutique.
- Note: We deliver exclusively within the UK. We cannot be held liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., postal strikes).
7. Order Amendments and Cancellations Customers may request to amend or cancel an online order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Requests must be sent to contact@sagebay.co.uk. Orders already dispatched are subject to our Returns Policy.
8. Returns and Refunds Policy Our policy varies based on the “Point of Sale” to comply with UK Consumer Law:
- 8.1 Online Purchases (Home Delivery): You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of a return and a further 14 days to return the item for a full refund.
- 8.2 In-Store Purchases (Including Reserve & Pay in Store): For items paid for at our Bexhill boutique, we offer an exchange or credit note within 28 days. We do not offer cash/card refunds for “change of mind” on in-store purchases.
- 8.3 Faulty Goods: If an item is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. User Accounts Account holders are responsible for maintaining confidentiality regarding their account credentials. Any suspected unauthorized activity should be reported to us immediately.
10. Accuracy of Information and Liability While every effort is made to ensure descriptions and images are accurate, minor discrepancies in colour or appearance may occur. Our liability regarding any product is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Intellectual Property All content on the SageBay & Co. website and branding in-store is the intellectual property of SageBay & Co. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
12. Promotions and Discounts
- 12.1 General: Offers apply to full-price items only and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- 12.2 Receipt-Based 10% Offer: Entitles the holder to 10% off their next in-store transaction. Valid for 21 days (3 weeks) from the date of purchase, expiring at midnight on the same day of the week, three weeks later. Original physical receipt must be presented.
