General
At SageBay & Co, we want you to love every item you purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or a credit note within 28 days of your purchase or delivery date.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for an exchange or credit note, your item must be:
- Returned within 28 days of purchase or delivery
- Unused, unworn, and in resalable condition
- Returned with original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt (for in-store purchases) or order confirmation (for online purchases)
For online orders, a completed returns form must also be included in the parcel.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Sale or clearance items
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Used, worn, or damaged items

In-Store Purchases:

Our team will happily assist with your exchange or credit note.
Online Purchases:
- Download and complete the Returns Form
- Repackage the item with your order confirmation and completed form
- Post your return to us at the address below:

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty or you’ve received the wrong item, please visit us in-store or complete the returns form as soon as possible. If eligible, we will offer an exchange or a credit note, subject to inspection.
Credit Notes
Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed in-store only.
