3. Products and Availability Our website displays a wide range of products, each subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer, per order, or per household. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you promptly and either offer a suitable alternative or refund the amount paid for the unavailable item.
4. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation Your order constitutes an offer to us to purchase the products detailed within your order. Upon receiving your order, we will send you an acknowledgment email summarising the products ordered. However, this acknowledgment email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order and formation of a binding sales contract occur only when we dispatch the ordered products. Should we be unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.
5. Pricing and Payment All product prices are displayed in GBP (£), inclusive of VAT. Prices listed are accurate at the time of publication but may change without notice. 7. Order Amendments and Cancellations Customers may request to amend or cancel their order within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
